  • Include honey to your herbal tea. Always honey is said to have sleep inducing and contains antioxidants for healthy body. Mix 2 tsp of honey to 1 glass of warm water. Drink it daily just before sleeping. You also can drink warm milk with honey.
  • Another home remedy is to massage the soles of your feet with milk, which is also effective.
  • For a deep sleep you can try 2-3 fresh onions eating, before going to bed.
  • Curd is very helpful in insomnia. The tolerant ought to take plenty of curd and massage in on the head. This will increase your sleep.
  • Mash a single ripe banana into a bowl and then put the roasted cumin seeds into it then mix both properly. Take this daily after dinner. It will induce healthy sleep.
    All of these are so much effective home remedies for Insomnia. You don’t need to try all of these formulas, you can only try one or two for the well and healthy sleep; but you must need to maintain it.
